Outside of those times we recommend you email support@figureout.com. We aim to respond to your contact within 3 business days and aim to resolve any issues you have within 10 business days.
You can only register a domain if you are contracted to utilise the services of 2plan in a financial advice capacity. To do this you will need to register your domain via the 2plan NCC portal.
Figure Out Ltd will only accept domain name transfers if you are contracted to 2plan. In order to do this please send an email to support@figureout.com with details of the domain name you wish to transfer in. Please supply full contact details. A member of our team will aim to make contact with you within 3 working days with further instructions.
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at support@figureout.com with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.
If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at support@figureout.com including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

All domains are renewed on an annual basis automatically if the adviser is still within contract with 2plan, invoices raised can be viewed on the remuneration statements. It is the advisers’ responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. Figure Out Ltd takes no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect.
If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your anniversary by emailing us at support@figureout.com.
All domains will be auto renewed 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring.
Whilst contracted to 2plan we will automatically renew your domain name. It will not expire unless you inform us prior to the renewal date that you no longer require it.
In renewing a domain(s) you are agreeing to the registrars and the registries terms and conditions.
